We need all the hands we can find to implement and administer the various strategies under our policy. Many of the benefits under the policy shall be administered through identified incubators as implementation partners in order to speed up the process without compromising on due diligence in disbursal of fiscal incentives. Physical incubation shall not be mandatory to ensure greater number of touch points through partner incubators.
